Geom Laboratory

Geom is engaged in research and design, realizing surveys and testing for creating geotechnical grounds for:
Detail urbanization plans (DUP),
General urbanization plans (GUP),
Regulation plans,
Researches and testing required for creating Idea and main construction design in civil engineering and high-rise buildings.

Geom performs Revisions (technical control), inspection, control and approval of foundation excavation sites for facilities.

For realization of its tasks, Geom disposes of geo-mechanical laboratory, measuring equipment for laboratory and field researches. Field researches include research drilling and geo-mechanical control of compaction: subsoil, embankment and buffer layer below facility foundation.

In particular, related to providing geotechnical grounds for lines of communication for creating Idea and main construction designs with accompanying infrastructure (water supply system and sewage), as well as for reconstruction of current lines of communications (traffic arteries) in form of testing dimension parameters of roadway construction (Proctor and C.B.R.), executing compressibility control during creating portable layers of roadway constructio.

All researches and testing are in compliance with regulations on eco-geological protection of soil and underground waters, and environmental protection.
